EXPERIENCE & GOALS
Richard “Rick” Ferrer has been building in the luxury home market in South Florida for over 35 years. Rick started his construction career as a contractor, which enabled him to develop keen insight and experience in the technical aspect of construction. Working as a project manager for local builders, Rick built multi-million dollar luxury homes in such communities as Boca Grove Plantation, Boca West, Boca Marina Yacht Club, Broken Sound and Palm Beach Polo Club. Following this, he became an independent contractor in 1988 building custom homes from Jacksonville to Boca Raton, Florida.
Rick’s specialty is the design elements of the home. Guided by his clients’ tastes, he incorporates design into all elements of the construction process and works closely with designers and architects to create a finished environment of luxury and comfort.
The objective of Ferrer & Associates is to make home building and renovations a personal experience for themselves and their clients. The focus is on quality rather than volume, which has enabled them to provide personal attention to each detail of their projects.
